I am looking for a female flatmate to share my house (I am the owner)Some details:-House is 84m2- Room is 10m2 and furnished with a bed, cupboard, small desk and chair - Large west-facing and super sunny garden.- Registration possible - Room is available Nov and Dec with a possible extension for JanuaryYou will be sharing with myself and my partner who spends 80% of his time here (the rest at his place)..Some things that will make it easier to see if we're a good match.- Absolutely no drugs (also dope)! Please take note of this. I've had bad experiences before. If you can't respect this, you will be asked to leave immediately and lose your deposit. - Non-smoker (even socially)- You'll need to be very tidy and very clean as we're co-sharing a space and it's important to me to have a clean environment.The apartment is a 5min walk from Gein metro and close to Gaasperplas lake. The area is quiet, peaceful and very green. Metros 50 or 51 takes you directly to Centraal station or Isolaterweg. Looking forward to meeting you. Some important things:Either in December or January the kitchen will be renovated. I therefore expect that for a period of 1 week or so, we will not be able to use the kitchen. We will be able to keep stuff in the fridge and potentially cook on an electric cooker but expect all the annoyances that come with a new kitchen. On the plus side, the new kitchen is amazing. The room is only available for someone who works/studies from home maximum 2x per week (excl weekends). I know everyone is desperate for a place but please only apply if you think this is a fit. You will be wasting your time and mine if you're applying cause you can't find anything else. This would suit a quiet person as you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city center.
