WoningAlert respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the GDPR. This policy explains which data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Data we collect
Account and profile data (name, email, search preferences), data you enter in your search profile or document vault, and technical data such as device and usage information.
Why we process data
To deliver your home matches and alerts, run the AI scam check, manage your account and improve the service. The legal basis is performance of our agreement with you and, where applicable, your consent.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We share data only with processors that help us deliver the service (such as hosting and email), under a data processing agreement.
Retention
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. You can delete your account any time via Settings; your data is then removed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and data portability. Via Settings you can export your data or delete your account. Questions? Contact us.
