Kamer te huur in Amsterdam – Frans Halsstraat
Frans Halsstraat, Amsterdam
Beschrijving
I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in my apartment in De Pijp, with the room becoming available from 1 September. The apartment is located on Frans Halsstraat, one of the nicest streets in De Pijp, and was fully renovated when I moved in last year. It’s bright, spacious and really lovely, with a large living room, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of natural light. The room is €1,600 plus ~ €100 utilities per month. You would also become part of the indefinite rental contract (i.e., it's with registration). There is a small fee of 100eur to amend the contract and there is a minimum salary requirement (although guarantors are also welcome). Please note that my roommate is selling her furniture unless sb is interested in buying it (and is fast enough).A little about me: I’m 27 and work full-time in asset management. I’m clean, easy-going and i enjoy travelling, having a drink or a nice coffee. I’m looking for someone who is similarly considerate and would enjoy sharing a beautiful apartment in De Pijp. :)My current roommate would also like to sell her furniture if you were interested, but we can discuss this further. If this sounds interesting, feel free to DM me! Happy to share a quick video tour of the apartment, answer any questions or arrange a quick call/viewing to get to know each other.Best,Neda

Interesse in deze woning? Ga naar Kamernet.nl en stuur een bericht naar de verhuurder of huisgenoten.
