Hi!I'm subletting my room while I'm away on a long vacation. The room is approximately 12 m² and is part of a spacious 100 m² apartment. The room is available immediately. The end date is flexible (the latest end of January), depending on what works best for both of us.You will be living with three great roommates. They are all Dutch but also speak English, so international tenants are very welcome. We all have different schedules, so the apartment rarely feels crowded. We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and clean regularly, but the atmosphere is relaxed, there's no strict cleaning schedule or pressure. The apartment includes:Big and functional kitchenA spacious 100 m² living spaceA balconyOne bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate second toiletA quiet, green neighborhood with lots of parks nearbyMetro station just 2 minutes' walk awayBus stop 4 minutes' walk awayPlenty of supermarkets, shops, and other amenities within walking distanceIf you're interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message!

Interesse in deze woning? Ga naar Kamernet.nl en stuur een bericht naar de verhuurder of huisgenoten.
