Kamer te huur in Doorn – Oude Rijksstraatweg

Oude Rijksstraatweg, Doorn

Beschrijving

Lovely top-floor room available in a detached house, located in a quiet area right opposite a beautiful forest. The location is ideal: less than a 3-minute commute to TMO and very close to IVA. Additionally, a bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. By bus it takes you 10-15 min to station Driebergen Zeist, from there its a 7 min intercity train to Utrecht central. The room features a dormer window that lets in plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and chair, plus dedicated closet space just outside the room. You will share the kitchen, shower, and two toilets with me. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a flexible 1-month notice period for both parties at any time. If we are both happy we will continue for a year.I’m looking for someone who likes to spend time alone, I do value my privacy. Of course I am open to socialize but I would appreciate it if you will eat and spend the time in your room if possible.

Interesse in deze woning? Ga naar Kamernet.nl en stuur een bericht naar de verhuurder of huisgenoten.
