Schepenstraat, Rotterdam Noord, Rotterdam
Beschrijving
Cozy, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for one person or a couple. The ideal tenant is clean and tidy, respectful and communicative and who will take good care of the place. * 5-10 minutes walk to the main train station (Rotterdam Central Station). It is a 45minute train ride to Amsterdam. * 5 minutes walk to nearest tram and metro stop. * 15–20 min walk to the city centre. * Plenty of parking space in front of the apartment (paid public street parking) and bicycle parking areas. * Nearby: supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés, bars, restaurants and a food hall. * Included: TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, towels, working desk and chair, dining table and chairs, hairdryer, iron, cooking essentials and oven. You'll stay in the master bedroom (all to yourself) and have shared access to the bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony. I am often out of the house or traveling, so you will have plenty of privacy and even the apartment often to yourself. This is why the price is higher than other standard private rooms. Note: No pets, no smoking and no parties. No registration available. Please feel free to message me for any additional questions. Happy to clarify! :)
