Kamer te huur in Rotterdam – Van Oestendestraat
Van Oestendestraat, Rotterdam
Beschrijving
Hallo allemaal. Hey all, hope you’re all doing well. I have a room available in an apartment shared with two other people, located in the south of Rotterdam, close to the Maas. This room is 12m2 and is fully furnished. It even has what I call a step-in closet. Which is basically only one move away from a full walk-in closet (#closetgoals). The price for this final stepping stone in closet goodness is a whopping €835,- including utilities/local taxes/service cost/internet. There is also a €1700,- refundable (if you don't wreck the place) deposit.Registration is mandatory and only possible if you have never been in trouble with the law (or have visited a spray shop recently :p).The room is available from the 9th of October. You’ll be sharing the kitchen, balcony and facilities (incl. washer) with two young ladies. Though this might change to a mixed household if someone leaves (just FYI).There is a tram stop around the corner of the apartment that will get you to Maashaven in two shakes of a lamb’s tail (two tram stops). With the bike you can get to the centre in about 15 mins. With public transport it might take you a bit less or more depending on your connection and luck. But you won’t get the free cardio though. If all of this might be what you’re looking for, drop me a message and tell me a bit about yourself and who knows… it might be you that will from now on be able to step in to your closet instead of just standing in front of it like a peasant.- Viewings will be held from the coming week,Wednesday, 7th of October until Friday afternoon.- Please don’t send me messages asking if this is still available, if the ad is still up, the room is still available. - Apologies in advance if I can’t answer you all. I’ll try but will surely fail. Also, I'm about fly back from holiday, so I won't answer for the first 12 hrs this ad is up. Don't let this stop you from replying.- This room is for one person only. So no couples and sadly also no pets allowed. That's it, stay strange all.- the end -

Interesse in deze woning? Ga naar Kamernet.nl en stuur een bericht naar de verhuurder of huisgenoten.
