Description

At a great location in Westerpark neighbourhood and near the Jordaan, we would like to rent out our apartment with a sunny south-facing garden this summer (15th June till 15th September, negotiable to stay until 30th of September)! The apartment lies in a highly sought-after neighbourhood in Amsterdam West, close to the characterful Jordaan and within easy reach of the Rozengracht, Hugo de Grootplein and Jan van Galenstraat. For everyday shopping the area offers a wide selection of stores, including Dirk van den Broek and Albert Heijn, as well as a baker and a butcher on Jan van Galenstraat, Hugo de Grootplein and Frederik Hendrikstraat. The neighbourhood has a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Fitness facilities are conveniently close by — Health Club West on Jan van Galenstraat and SportCity on Willem de Zwijgerlaan — and both Westerpark and Erasmuspark are just minutes away. Public transport is excellent, with tram line 3 a short walk away and bus line 18 from Frederik Hendrikplantsoen reaching Amsterdam Centraal in around 10 minutes. This one‐bedroom apartment offers a spacious living room and a bright open office, along with a private bathroom and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Optional fortnightly cleaning is available for €40. The highlight is a sunny 24 m2 south‐facing garden — perfect for barbecues, alfresco dining or simply relaxing on the sofa.
